Return and Refund Policy
Customer Satisfaction: In the rare event that you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Warranty: Enjoy an exclusive lifetime warranty on all article pieces guaranteed.
Returns:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your article to initiate a return.
- To be eligible, the article must be unused and in its original condition.
- You’ll be reimbursed 75% of the article’s value, excluding custom orders.
- If the article hasn’t been shipped yet and the final design hasn’t been approved, cancelling the order will also result in a 75% reimbursement, excluding custom orders.
- Shipping costs for returns must be covered by the client.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned article and confirm its condition, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping:
- You’re responsible for the shipping costs to return the article to our warehouse in Lahore, Pakistan.
- For return inquiries, contact us by email or phone.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Sale Items on clearance at 20% off.
- Custom Mosaics (your own images sent to us for creation are not eligible for return).
To Initiate a Return: Please contact info@zakiahmarble.com to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization form. Complete the form and include it with your return shipment.
Note: Any returned item without proper documentation or authorization will delay your refund process or be returned to you.
